People’s Law School| extensive online collection of written and video how-to’s and guides on a wide variety of common legal issues, including family disputes, as well as general guidance on relevant topics such as having difficult conversations and settling disputes
Legal Aid BC| has some informational resources, many relevant to various family law issues
Family Law in British Columbia| website by Legal Aid BC dedicated to self-help for people representing themselves in all areas of family law (a good one to bookmark) – more substantive than skills-based

Dial-A-Law| operated by People’s Law School, it features free information on the law in BC, including a large section on families and children, reviewed by lawyers and updated regularly - can receive this information over the phone as well
Basics of Family Law| the provincial government’s site providing some basic information on family law in BC, including separation and divorce, parenting and support
